Industrious Accra Young Wise Chairman Michael Tawiah Named Ghana U20 Management Committee Member

Hardworking chairman of Division One League side Accra Young Wise, Michael Tawiah Attoh has been named a member of the management committee of Ghana’s U20 side, GHANAsoccernet.com can reveal.

The hardworking young man whose love and passion for the development of the game is unmatched has been the main brain behind the swift progression of the Accra-based side.

With over a decade’s experience as a football administrator which saw him qualify Accra Young Wise to the Division One League, Tawiah is expected to team up with other members of the management to qualify Ghana for the 2019 U20 AFCON.

Ghana missed out on the last edition hosted in Zambia after failing to record a convincing win over Senegal at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium.

But the team, headed by coach Jimmy Cobblah is expected to grab a ticket to the tournament and to also qualify for the last edition of the U20 FIFA World Cup.

Ghana will play Algeria next month in the qualifiers after they managed a 5-2 aggregate scoreline on Tunisia in the first round of the qualifiers.
