Brian Acheampong Appears Before Appointments Committee

Parliament Appointments Committee has resumed its sitting to vet some ministers of state and deputy ministers of the President. The second of four Ministers of State, Brian Acheampong, Minister of State designate at the presidency is currently being vetted.

Deputy Majority Leader and MP for Dome Kwabenya Sarah Adwoa Safo began the process, taking her turn before the committee to be grilled.

Two others, Professor Kwesi Yankah who is designated for Tertiary Education, Dr. Nura Gyeile for the Agriculture Ministry and Brian Acheampong, Minister of State designate at the office of the President will subsequently take turns before the committee.
