Ghana dropped out of the Top 50 for the first time in 10 years last month from 45th to 53rd.
The 2010 World Cup quarter-finalists were unmoved this month.
The country also remained 9th on the African continent with the likes of DR Congo (6th) and Burkina Faso (7th) ahead.
Senegal are the continent’s best followed by Cote d’Ivoire, Tunisia, Egypt and Algeria in that order.
Argentina ended the year as the Team of the Year, picking the Number One spot.
Brazil, Germany, Chile and Belgium complete the Top 5 in the world.
