Standard Chartered Bank has introduced a new way of easy banking for its loyal customers with a mobile app dubbed, “SCMobile”.
Speaking at a press briefing in Accra, Retail Banking Officer at Standard Chartered Bank, Henry Baye, said the mobile app has been in existence for quiet long and doing great for customers.
According to him, “SCMobile” has added some ease to customers when banking with Standard Chartered.
“Our new mobile application product will serve enough customers and also educate them on how to deposit their moneys with mobile application without forming a long queue in the banking hall”, he said.
Mr. Baye added that, “with the introduction of the digital technology, Standard Bank has already taken the lead when it comes to depositing moneys into accounts etc”.
He urged customers to join their digital world with their mobile app and be innovative with the use of their smart phones when it comes to banking.
For his part, Manager, Digital Products at Standard Chartered Bank, Yao Wordih took the media through some steps in downloading the application on their android phones and the functions it does.
