“If delivery is not made within the said period, the contract may be deemed to have been cancelled and the order shall be re-awarded to the next best evaluated responsive Tenderer,” the document spelt out.

“Payment for the delivery shall be made within 60 days after delivery to the satisfaction of the purchaser…,” the document also read.

The revelations made on Fabewoso segment of Adom FM’s Morning Show, ‘Dwaso Nsem’ Monday by host, Captain Smart, shocked many listeners and social commentators including NPP’s Brong Ahafo Regional Youth Organiser, Kwame Baffoe, a.k.a Abronye DC.

Abronye, NDC’s Kwaku Boahen and PPP’s Charles Owusu expressed shocked at the expenditure at the facility and called for a probe.
