Ghana international Kevin Prince Boateng continued his scoring form for Eintracht Frankfurt as he inspired them to a 3-0 win over Mainz 05 on Saturday afternoon.
The Ghanaian inspired his side with an early opener to guide his side to move u to 4th position on the Bundesliga table for the second time.
The former AC Milan attacking midfielder who has been inspirational to Frankfurt’s campaign this season found broke the virginity of the game under six minutes to take his personal tally to 6 Bundesliga goals in 26 appearances.
Jovic and Rebic scored in the 23rd and 41st minutes to seal a 3-0 win before the break.
The win handed Frankfurt a record 45 points from 27 matches for the first time in over a decade.
Kovac’s side has been eyeing a top 6 finish to secure a ticket to play in the European Champions League or the Europa League next season.
Kevin’s goal against Mainz 05 is his sixth for the side, making him the joint second top scorer with Jovic and Rebic.
