Gospel musician Yaw Sarpong and his Asomfo band will be performing on ‘Saturday Live’ this Saturday, 1st July, 2017.
The veteran gospel music sensation who is celebrating his 40th anniversary in gospel music ministry will be singing to a live band, his inspiring vintage gospel songs from the studio of Citi 97.3 FM.
Also performing will be Maayaa, an up and coming Afrobeat and R&B artiste who is rising fast in the Ghanaian music space.
Last week, highlife crooner Brenya, SakCess Music’s rapper Strongman, pianist Ken Carbonu and comedian OB gave listeners of Citi FM a good dose of entertainment.
‘Saturday Live’ is an entertainment programme that parades the best performers in music, comedy poetry and other forms of performing arts, for live renditions of their crafts.
Listen to ‘Saturday Live’ every Saturdays from 2pm to 4pm and a repeat on Sundays 2-4pm as Kojo Akoto Boateng and his crew serve you unadulterated entertainment.
