After a week of juicing, participants of the Season 5 of 3FMFAT2FIT 60 Days Challenge took their weekly work out session to the University of Ghana Campus, Legon.
The event which took place on 17th March, 2018 started at 6:00 am with the usual weight screening session to monitor the progress of participants. This was followed by a few body stretches and an aerobics session led by fitness instructor, Mr. Leonard Akoto, aka Mr. Fitness. Hundreds of the Legon students joined the work out session making it all fun.
The Biggest Weight Loser for the week was Ms. Akorfa with a weight loss of 4.8kg after only a week in the challenge. She also took time to share her experience with the participants and encouraged them to push further. For her prize, she received a free facial and hair make up from Saloon Services.
Losing weight through lifestyle changes (healthy diet & exercise) though not easy is the best approach to losing and maintaining a healthy body weight.
