A 23-year-old man has been killed during a fight over music at a funeral in Ajumako Asassan in the Central region.
The deceased, Kobina Ebo was said to have been butchered by some young men who came to the town solely for the funeral.
Adom News’ Kafui Justice who followed the story reported that following the death of the mother of the chief in the town, Nana Kwanuma II, a ban was placed on noise making after six.
Thus when it was 6 pm, the youth from Mensakrom led by Kobina Ebo instructed the DJ to stop playing the music at the funeral grounds.
But these outsiders whose names were given as Fonkie, Joe, aka DDT, Shaggy and Mpendum from Ajumako Owan opposed the action which generated into a free for all fight.
