Ghanaian reggae musician and a radio presenter, Blakk Rasta has taken a swipe at A-Plus over his apologies to President Nana Akufo-Addo.

Blakk Rasta known also known as Abubakar Ahmed posted on his Facebook timeline asking A-Plus why he begged to be forgiven for his insolent utterances against the two Presidential staffers; when he had rebuked him years ago for doing same.

Blakk Rasta mocks A Plus saying he was shocked when he heard the controversial musician has rendered an unqualified apology to the President.

A-Plus, did you just apologise for foul language? I thought you said apologies were for fools? Kind regards, sir,

This because some few years ago when he [Blakk Rasta] apologized to Parliament’s Privilege Committee over his ‘Wee’ comment, A-Plus chastised and called him names for showing remorse.

A Plus who is also a political activist seems to have his words hunting him as Blakk Rasta questions why he apologized for his corruption allegation claims against government functionaries if apologies were indeed for fools.

A Plus had been involved in a war of words with Deputy Chief of Staff Asenso-Boakye after he accused him and his colleague Abu Jinapor of being corrupt.

The outspoken musician took to Facebook to rain insults on the two whom he said were scheming to swindle the government. But the display turned sour when it got public attention and attracted criticisms against the musician.

Following the backlash, A Plus was reported to have apologized for choosing the “wrong” platform in making corruption allegations against the two two appointees and also acknowledged, his words against the duo were inappropriate.

In an interaction with Citi FM A Plus said he apologized to President Nana Addo for his manner of approach. But the radio presenter who carefully listened when A Plus rebuked him (Blakk Rasta) for apologizing to government officials quizzes in amusement and mockery; regarding A Plus’ apologies.
