Shoana Cachelle: I am a Liberian, Not a Virus !

Stigmatization and stereotyping are byproducts of ignorance and intolerance.
They can lead to irreversible damage of the psyche of an individual and an entire community.
For the Liberian community, the Ebola epidemic has become a painful scourge that continues to the drive its ostracization.
Shoana Cachelle, a Liberian social activist, has made a video to convey her sentiments about the continuous marginalization of citizens of nations affected by the world’s latest health epidemic.
In a show of solidarity for Shoana Cachelle and all those affected by the Ebola epidemic, we at The Accra Report will like to share it with you.
