My lovely Ghanaian people, we are gathered once again to unfortunately discuss the woman behind so many negative rumors and controversies, Ms. Gina Mimi Love. Many Ghanaians abroad have come to know Ms. Gina because of her huge dispute with well known Radio Host Amankrado of Sankofa Radio. Sadly this woman has now resorted to Scamming innocent people.
The professional scammer, Gina mimi Love, as she refers to herself has recently moved to Ghana from the United States. While in Ghana it has become apparent that she is targeting innocent people to scam and use for her own personal gain. Ms. Love decided to set up a Non Profit to help other Non Profits. Yes you did read that correctly. January 2017 Gina contacted a University Of Cape Coast Graduate who we will refer to as Nana B. She came to Nana B asking for help with setting up her Non Profit Organization. She recruited Nana as her Project manager with a starting pay of 400Ghc monthly. Nana being a graduate student with prior work experience in the Non profit industry accepted the terms. Gina mimi Love claimed to have a contract ready for him to sign and requested for Nana’s picture to make an ID card.
Nana travelled from Mankessim ready to sign the contract and begin work immediately. Upon arrival he was met with some flimsy excuse as to why she could not print the contract. Nana said no problem since he is here they can start the work and she can print it afterwards. They travelled to an Orphanage for an interview. At the interview Ms. Gina was permitted to take pictures and videos of the orphans so she could start soliciting funds.
Gina was so adamant about getting the pictures and videos of the orphans so people could start donating. She repeatedly told Nana she just needs proof so she could get the ball rolling. Nana began to help Gina set up the organization and edit the videos that she needs to start soliciting funds. She then asked Nana to make calls to other orphanages so they could go for other interviews and take more pictures and videos. She promised to send Nana credit to get on the internet and search for other orphanages and make these calls.
When Nana got home and had not received the credit she promised he texted her. She immediately lashed out and accused Nana of not being professional. She then accused him of being a thief and trying to steal her documents to start his own NGO. It was then Nana informed his Elder brother in the united states of her behavior and accusations. He was starting to suspect Love was trying to find an excuse not to pay him. He realized Ms. Gina was a fraudster and was not the professional she was making herself out to be.
He reached out to her to receive his payment and end all dealings with her. That is when this Scammer fired Nana claiming she did not have enough money to pay him and would pay him a pro rated amount for his work.
She later Blocked him on all platforms. As you can already guess she never compensated him.
She got the videos and photos she needed and has started soliciting funds from people on social media. If you have donated to this cause please take your money back.
She can not be trusted. She has proved that numerous times. According to Nana he does not believe she intends on giving back to these orphanages as she claims.
