TOTAL Petroleum Ghana Limited, has been awarded the Best Finance Team of the year (bronze category) at the second Ghana CFO Awards.
The CFO awards is a gathering for senior finance professionals. It brings together business financial leaders so as to reward and recognize their experience, expertise and contributions to the finance sector of Ghana.
This year’s award ceremony took place at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra.
Chief Financial Officer of TOTAL Ghana, Kwin Foumba Rose Spse Nkada Zogo, was adjudged the Financial Officer of the year in the Energy, Oil and Gas category.
The finance team, which she heads in the company, got the Best Finance Team of the year (bronze category).
Nkada Zogo has been with TOTAL for more than 28 years, and has worked with the company’s branches in France, Cameroon, Gabon, congo and the Central African Republic.
“This award serves as an encouragement in particular to the Finance team as a whole, to forge ahead in rendering high-level work and to TOTAL Petroleum Ghana Limited in general. It is a delight to know that the individual and collective efforts we put together are recognised,” she said after receiving her award.
TOTAL Ghana was recognized as the 4th best company at the Ghana Club 100 awards for the year 2015.
The company also won the Oil Marketing Company of the year award in the Ghana Oil and Gas Awards (GOGA).
