Senegalese Inspector, Ousman Faye Drops Dead While Delivering a Speech

A Senegalese Inspector collapsed during a speech accoring to reports reaching Accrareport.com on Tuesday.
Ousmane Faye eventually died as a result of his discomfort this Tuesday, January 5, 2016, around noon, during commissioning ceremony between Colonel Daouda Diop, Director of Prison Administration (DAP) and its predecessor, Cheikh Tidiane Diallo magistrate. He fell in his opening speech before officials including the Minister of Justice, Minister of Justice, Mr. Sidiki Kaba.
