The group and the aspirant joined the constituency executives last Saturday to educate people on elections and its related issues while campaigning for the NPP and its presidential nominee, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

The volunteers shared the NPP’s vision for Ghana  with the electorates and sold the candidature of Nana Akufo-Addo and Mr Asamoah as competent and committed people to vote for in the December 7 elections to bring economic development and prosperity.

They also illustrated the correct way of voting to first-time voters and encouraged migrant workers to transfer their votes to Adentan in order not to be disenfranchise them.

The residents expressed disappointment over what they say is the economic hardship they are faced with in the country, blaming it on the John Mahama-led government.

They mentioned high electricity bills, high cost of education, and lack of access to credit facilities for small businesses as some of the things that have occasioned their hardship.

Ms. Yaa Gyamera Aboagye, President of Patriotic Youth Movement assured Mr Asamoah of the group’s unwavering support and called on the youth to be actively involved in the campaign to win power for the New Patriotic Party in the December 7, 2016 elections.

The Patriotic Youth Movement used the opportunity to present branded NPP T-shirts, posters, flags and stickers to support the campaign activities of the Adentan Constituency.
