The Fire Service’s preliminary investigations showed that the explosion may have been caused by a gas leak which was most likely caused by carelessness.

As if to attest to all of his good works so far, former presiding bishop of the Methodist church Reverend Samuel Asante Antwi has said that President-elect Nana Akufo-Addo is the best man to have led Ghana even in the last eight years,

In his Christmas day sermon in Accra, Revd. Samuel said Nana Addo took a long time preparing himself for the job and really deserved an opportunity to put all his training to work.

He made it clear that God has been kind to the country and its citizens and that was why he allowed the defeat of the NDC during the elections.

President John Mahama will hand over to the NPP administration led by the former attorney general on January 7, 2017.
