A 40-year-old man, whose name was given as Moses has shot off the mouth (buccal) of an 18-year-old boy, Isaac for reportedly igniting firecrackers around his workplace, a pub, together with his friends.
According to Trickie FM’s reporter, Isaac Oesi Tutu, Moses gave several warning to the young adults but proved futile so he entered his room and brought out his gun and started firing indiscriminately.
“Moses is quite an old man. He’s about 40 years old with a pub. He was serving people and he saw some kids lighting up fire crackers around his spot and warned them.
“Some hasten to his words but others stayed. With this, he entered into his room and came back with a double barreled gun and he shot his mouth close to his lower jaw” he reported.
According to him, Isaac is currently receiving treatment at Sarminaboi Government Hospital but has been referred to Okomfo Anokye’s hospital in Kumasi because of the severity of the matter.
On the contrary, the suspect, Moses is in the grips of the police helping with investigations.
