I want to confidently tell you that, President Mahama cannot rig this year’s election, and the reason I am saying that President Mahama cannot rig the election is that, he [President Mahama] understands democracy.

The Paramount Chief who was confident of what he said about the President noted that, if the President was planning to rig the election, he would not have wasted time to embark on a regional campaign tour. he will only need to travel with his family to Hollywood, cruise and enjoy themselves and after the polls, they will return to the country because he knows he will be declared the winner.”

Osayefo Kwame Akou X, further appealed to Ghanaians to stop calling Nana Addo a sick man, adding that, Nana is healthy and a true statesman.

Nana Akufo Addo is not sick, he is healthy and strong. If Nana Addo was sick as people claim, he will also not be embarking on a campaign across the country. A sick person cannot campaign like Nana Addo is doing.

If he is indeed sick, we could have observed it from his speech. So I’m appealing to those saying that Nana Addo is sick to stop doing that.

The traditional ruler cited Donald Triumph, Hillary Clinton and other leaders and compared their ages to that of Nana Addo, to draw an analogy that, Nana Addo’s age does not count in the upcoming presidential polls.

According to him, the management of this country requires competent persons and not necessarily about age.

The chief further admonished Ghanaians to desist from politics of insults and engage, scrutinize all the various issues by the politicians to help them make their informed choice.
