“The good news is that, this university shares the same premises with the Family Health Teaching Hospital. … I am told that the students have direct access to the cadavers lodge, and are introduced to real cadavers early enough to enable them have good exposure to the human anatomy”, he stated.

Prof Ebenezer Owusu charged the students to be all round and develop their academic and non-academic abilities to enable them achieve their desired goals in life.

The Family Health University College located directly opposite the Kofi Annan Peace Keeping Training Centre, Teshie, started at the 51 Guggisberg Street, Korle Bu, Korle Gonno, Mamprobi in the year 1997 as a Diagnostic Centre and boasts of modern facilities, spacious laboratories and lecture halls.
