The District Chief Executive for the Kpone Katamanso District Assembly, Alhaji Antie Tetteh has died at age 69.
His death occurred at the 37 military hospital Tuesday afternoon.
According to the third wife of the late District Chief Executive, Hajia Aisha Antie, the late DCE was taken ill last week of diabetes and was rushed to the 37 military hospital on Saturday but gave up the ghost Tuesday mid morning.
According to the wife, the late DCE who is a Muslim is likely to be buried on Wednesday.
As at the time Citi news visited the Kpone residence of the late DCE, the news of his death was yet to reach some close relatives and members of the District Assembly.
