The Court presided over by Mrs. Abena Oppong Adjin Doku, admitted prove to bail in the sum of GhC8,000.00 with two sureties to reappear on March 23.
The prosecution said the complainant was a carpenter residing at Amrahia near Adenta with his wife and the victim, a class four pupil. The victim is the complainant’s daughter.
The accused person also resides at Amrahia with his family. On February 10, 2017 at about 5:00pm, the accused person who was weeding in his garden located behind his house saw the victim passing by the roadside close to his garden.
