He estimated that the numerous court cases against the Electoral Commission (EC), following the disqualification of some 13 political parties’ and her posture after the Supreme Court order show she is not fit for the job.

The Supreme Court on Monday ordered the Electoral Commission to extend the nomination period to the close of Tuesday, November 8 2016 for all disqualified presidential aspirants, ordering for a suspension of all lawsuits challenging the EC’s disqualification of flagbearers.

However, instead of the original mistakes that caused the disqualifications of the parties, EC introduced fresh errors on the forms of all the affected flagbearers for corrections, a situation which makes people believe she is breeding chaos.

Speaking as a panelist on Adom TV on Tuesday, Kennedy Agyapong said he is shocked that people are now getting to know the behavior of the Commissioner, which vindicates him.

Though he established that he supported her idea of using the Supreme Court to cease all other court cases, the MP said if she meant well, nothing would have stopped her from presenting the new found mistakes in court for a longer extension of date to be granted.

Mr. Agyapong said he does not understand why she ‘rushed’ to disqualify flagbearers when she knows it is constitutional for them to be given a chance to rectify their mistakes.

“The continuous defeat of the woman in court affirms that she rushed with her decision to disqualify them”, he added, saying he believes she is being manipulated by the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC).

The loud MP disclosed that Ghanaians have lost confidence in her to deliver in the upcoming elections, saying everyone is living on the edge with suspicion and it is time she changed from her ways.
