WA All Stars suffered a painful defeat at home in the CAF Champions League after losing 3-1 to Libyan Club Al Ahli-Tripoli on Sunday.
Ali Tango, Muaid Ellafi and Mohammed Salto scored for the visiting team to narrow WA All Stars chances of making it to the next round of the competition.
Striker Emmanuel Ocran got the consolation goal for WA All Stars.
The Ghanaian Champions will now travel to Libyan for the return encounter.
Elsewhere in the Confederation Cup Bechem United defeated Algerian Club MC Alger 2-1 in the first leg at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
Striker Ahmed Toure got the first goal for the hunters 5 minutes into the second half before Seguer Mohammed before substitute Osei Bonsu got the winning goal for the host in the 73rd minute.
Bechem will now have to avoid defeat in the reverse fixture in order to make it to the next round of the competition.
The FA Cup Champions are making their first appearance in the CAF Confederations Cup competition.
