Imagine being accused of cheating with a man who never existed on your birthday. Yes that was the misery the Girl Talk World crew put Radio and Television Berla Mundi into on her birthday.
The cheating prank which had Berla perplexed took place on Saturday April 1 during a surprise birthday lunch organised by Serwa, her working colleague and a team from her work place, GhOne TV.
The norm of the Vitamilk Girl Birthday Surprise team is to surprise whichever personality was celebrating her birthday with a cake and a drink. But this time around, the surprise took a different twist.
Don’t forget it was on April fool’s day, so it was a perfect day to pull that prank on Berla. A woman pulled out and started accusing her of cheating with her husband called George in the presence of her mother, sister and close friends.
According to her, Berla was sending flirtatious pictures and messages to the husband, to which Berla asked “Who is George” with a confused and a serious face. Now that is not the kind of accusation you want on your birthday especially with your mother and senior sister around.
Well, she was finally put out of her misery when the birthday team appeared to her present her with a special cake from Oriental Ghana, Vitamilk products and champagne. The party continued after the prank.
