Banku Awaits Appointment as Ambassador to Germany as He Quits Boxing

In pursuit of his wild dream of being appointed Ghana’s next ambassador to Germany, maverick local boxer Braimah Kamoko alias Bunkum Banku Flesh has announced his retirement in boxing.
Bukom Banku at the genesis of his bleaching which saw him being tongue-lashed by section of the populace, revealed he was changing his complexion to merit his appointment as the country’s ambassador to the Europe.
Many laughed off his claims indicating the boxer could be going crazy but he seems resilient in his quest which has resulted in him announcing officially he has retired.
According to him, his latest decision is to enable him concentrate fully on his ambassadorial job come next year.
“Oh I’ve stopped boxing and I’m now a politician. Yes, I want to concentrate fully on my ambassador to Germany job when President Mahama wins the 2016 election.” He told Accra-based 3Fm
Banku who has never set foot in Germany said; “I don’t know the popular places in Germany right now. I’ve not been there before. If John Mahama wins the election and I’ve been given the ambassador to Germany position, I will go there and get to know the places and meet the big men over there.”
