A communication team member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has asked sympathizers of the party in Suhum not to hesitate in beating up individuals who attempt to thwart the victory of the NPP and Opare Ansah in the constituency.
Speaking at the campaign launch of Opare Ansah, the Member of Parliament for Suhum constituency, Hopeson Adorye mentioned that the opposition knowing very well that the NPP will win the Suhum seat will employ devious means to rig it.
He added that polling station officials who give double ballot papers to electorates are no different from thieves,saying such people will be treated as thieves.
“When a thief is caught, mob action is taken against him, and we will not hesitate to treat officials who will indulge in such practices as thieves. We will beat them like thieves,” he echoed.
He asked the NPP supporters to be vigilant and help secure the Suhum seat as well as Victory for Nana Addo and the NPP.
