Ghanaian politician and flag bearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Akufo-Addo, has crossed the one million “likes” milestone on social media site, Facebook.com this week.
His page is mostly filled with photos of his political campaign, messages to the electorate, and live feeds from press conferences which attract thousands of likes and comments.
“Thank you to all my 1 Million Fans on Facebook. Our message of hope is reaching out to more Ghanaians. Change is coming!!” Mr Akufo-Addo posted.
The NPP flag bearer joins the likes of his competitor for the 2016 polls, President John Dramani Mahama, Ghanaian actor John Dumelo and gospel musician Herty Borngreat, who have all clocked the one million ‘likes’ milestone.
