President Akufo-Addo has named renowned lawyer, Akoto Ampaw as the special independent prosecutor of government.
The nomination, if true, will see the lawyer independently investigate and prosecute various economic crimes under the NPP administration.
“…hopefully that person is going to be somebody who commands respect of the society and at the same time has an independent mind to make the decisions,” Nana Addo revealed to the BBC.
