A student of the Agona Senior Technical School in the Ashanti Region has died following an accident that occurred at Manponteng on Thursday morning.
The very disturbing incident reportedly happened around 11: am as students of the Agona Technical School were being transported in an Urvan bus to the Baba Yara Sports Stadium for an inter-schools sports competition.

Reports revealed that the victim was leaning out of the window of the bus and accidentally fell off when the driver was overtaking another vehicle at full speed. On falling out of the bus, the Agona School student hit the car that was being overtaken before falling to the ground.
Unfortunately, before the accident could be controlled, the poor student has already been run over by other oncoming vehicles at top speed. He died on the spot. The smashed body of the student which is yet to be identified was subsequently taken away by the police.
It was a very gory sight to behold and a deep cut on the Agona school. May God grant the bereaved the fortitude to bear the loss, and may his soul rest in peace.
