WA All Stars goalkeeper Richard Ofori has confirmed holding trials with South African Club Ajax Cape Town.
The Ghanaian international has returned to the country after a two-week training exercise with the ABSA Premier League side.
Ofori who could not travel with the WA All Stars team for their WAFU competition in Senegal was earlier reported to be training with South African giants Mamelodi Sundowns.
“I was in South Africa training with Ajax Cape Town, they expressed interest in me and so I went to have trials with them and now waiting for their response,” he told Starr FM.
“If they agree to sign me then it will depend on the management of WA All Stars. So for now I just waiting for what will happen.”
The reigning Ghana best goalkeeper is likely to leave WA All Stars after five seasons with the Club.
He played an instrumental role to help them win the League title last season.
