Proud United Handed Temporary Ban From Using Swedru Stadium Home Ground

Division One League Zone II side Proud United have been banned temporarily from using the Swedru Stadium.

The decision taken by the Ghana Football Association Disciplinary Committee is as a result of their match day five game against New Edubiase United on Monday 6th April 2018 which ended abruptly after the referee was beaten up their fans

It is accordance with article 15(2) which states; ‘The GFA may order closure of any league center where the safety of clubs, match officials or spectators cannot be guaranteed.”

Proud United will play all their home matches at grounds to be decided by the Division One League and the FA Cup Committee.
