Kumasi Asante Kotoko stylish defender, Richard Osei Agyemang has indicated he is unaware that the club has transfer-listed him.
Osei Agyemang was one of the stand-out performers of the club last season, but reports circulating this morning claimed that he is one of the seven players the club have put on transfer as they eager to revamp the squad in the upcoming Ghana Premier League season.
“I’m in the dark about this transfer thing. I’ve not heard anything in regards to any transfer and all I know is that I’ve been informed the club will be starting preseason training very soon.”
He added, “I don’t know where this rumour emanated from, but I have to contact the club secretariat to find out more about this speculations.”
Asante Kotoko finished fifth position on the 2016 Ghana Premier League table with 42 points.
