Occultism, Black Magic Cannot Help the Stars’ World Cup Qualification

The General Overseer of the Glorious Wave International Church, Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi, has predicted that the Black Stars can only qualify for the World Cup if they do away with occult practices, black magic and stamp out corruption at the Ghana Football Association (GFA).

Despite this the man of God says he would pray for the Black Stars and seek God’s guidance for them to ensure their qualification to the next World Cup in Russia.

Prophet Kobi made these remarks when he welcomed members of the Ghana National Supporters Union (GHANSU) to his auditorium at Sakumono in Accra last Monday.

The visit by GHANSU was to seek the help of the prophet for a prayer intercession for the Black Stars to enable them beat the Egyptians this Sunday.

Mr Abraham Boakye, alias “One Man Supporter”, who led the delegation of about 100 supporters and accompanied by soccer legend Reverend Osei Kofi, appealed to the prophet to pray for the Stars and also to pray for his outfit to seek sponsorship from corporate entities to enable his team to travel to Egypt and support the Stars.

Prophet Kobi blessed members of GHANSU and called for God’s intervention to enable the team travel to Egypt.
