Reigning Champions and host of games in Zones A and D of the Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges (UPAC) Basketball Championship University of Ghana (UG) and Marshalls University College have progressed to the quarterfinals of this year’s edition.
Both teams navigated through the preliminary stage successfully with each team recording no losses. Marshalls topped Zone A ahead of Ghana Technology University College (GTUC), Regional Maritime University College and Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
UG on the other hand secured top spot in Zone A after beating University of Professional Studies (UPSA), Blue Crest University and Ho Technical University in Zone D.
