Manchester giants, Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham are among the club chasing the kid whose father is from Ghana.
However, the Gunners’ proposal seems to be tempting the youngster whose father works as a junior team coach with the London-based club.
The Exeter City Under-18 squad member is regarded as one of the brightest talents in England today having excelled in recent matches.
The Wales-born player, who will turn 16 in a month (next September 14), has already been approached by some clubs after making his senior team debut and named man-of-the-match.
He has already played for the Welsh U17 national team but can still play for Ghana, England and Ireland where his mother comes from.
