Budding actress Diamond Appiah, may just have one foot in Parliament after filing her nomination on Friday to stand as Member of Parliament for Trobu Constituency during the December 7 election.
Founder of the International God’s Way Church Bishop Daniel Obinim in February this year prophesied that Diamond Appiah would win the elections and head to Parliament after the general election.
The actress, who had earlier announced her intention to branch into politics, received backlash from the public after making known her decision.
She, however, seems to have turned a deaf ear to the criticisms with the filing of her nomination at the EC headquarters.
