The flag bearer of the new patriotic party, Nana Akufo-Addo was the first to submit his nomination forms followed by Akwesi Addai also known as Odike.
The vice president, Kwesi Amissah-Arthur, Nana konadu Agyeman Rawlings, Kofi Akpaloo and others showed up subsequently.
