IMF Take Note of How President Mahama Is Abusively Misusing Ghana’s Money

President Mahama has brought Ghana back to your control because he needed your financial assistance to be able to govern Ghana somehow. Your usual conditionalities that most developing countries find unpalatable were however attached.

Nonetheless, President Mahama is carelessly misspending and misapplying the financial support you have been giving Ghana. He is deeply plunging Ghana into financial abyss without giving a hoot about it.

How come that he is spending GHC30 million drilling five boreholes at the cost of GHC600, 000 per borehole whereas the actual going market price or cost for drilling a borehole is GHC80, 000?

Would you mind investigating him and his government for swindling Ghana through inflating the cost of national projects he awards to his cronies and party members ten to twenty fold?

President Mahama is worse than an armed robber. The difference between an armed robber and him is that while the armed robber robs at the point of a gun, he robs through multiplying many times the cost of a project which method, is called “create, loot and share”.

President Mahama is a magician who uses his political position as his magical wand to cause the disappearance of huge sums of the nation’s money.

I humbly call on the IMF, World Bank, European Union and all the International donor countries who have financial dealings with Ghana to conduct investigations into how President Mahama is cunningly duping Ghana.

He should not be allowed to continue to steal Ghana’s money like that whereas he claims to have no money to pay teachers, nurses and other public sector workers. We are going to exercise our franchise in an attempt to kick him out of the presidency but the Electoral Commission of which Mrs. Charlotte Osei is the head is doing whatever it can to rig the election for him and his equally corrupt NDC party.

We shall resist his rigging machinery but I want you to investigate how that much money is charged for a borehole. Did he put the project to tender or he dubiously through his colluding friends and agents just awarded it to his cronies?

No, this man of a President claiming to suffer from a dead goat syndrome hence does not care whatever anyone says is killing Ghanaians through his wanton corruption.

Since I stand to contribute towards paying off the debt he is incurring in the name of Ghana through borrowing from you to steal, I see myself as exercising my civic right by requesting you to investigate him.

It makes me feel sick to see him shamelessly stealing Ghana’s money the way he does.
