The inability of Christians the world over to ‘bring forth the fruit of success’ is because they refer to their faith as a type of religion, American televangelist Dr. Creflo Dollar has said. According to Creflo Dollar, because Christians see their faith as ‘religion’ – a word that connotes the ‘return of bondage’ – they are unable to realize the true benefits of the faith.
According to Creflo Dollar, Christians have an “anointing advantage”, “a Christ advantage and a grace advantage” but are unable to prosper because “our traditions of religion have caused us to not see the word have effect on our lives”.
He entreated Christians to understand the difference between religion and having a relationship with God adding that it was one of the sure ways of harnessing the true potential of the faith.
He added that Christians cannot be effective if they don’t know precisely what to do saying Christians “carry influence but we’ve got to know how to demonstrate that influence so that others want to be a part of it”.
The Head Pastor of the World Changers Church International will join the founder of Eastwood Anaba Ministries, Rev Eastwood Anaba and General overseer of the Springs of Joy Ministries International Prophet Akwasi Agyemang Prempeh to share the word of God with Ghanaians at a two-day Grace Festival.
The event is being held at the Accra International Conference Centre today, Monday 12th June and Tuesday 13th June 2017 with Morning sessions – 8.30am -12noon and Evening sessions – 5.30pm – 9pm.
