This will see the Ghana midfielder 5 million pounds richer in 2 weeks.

33-year-old Muntari dragged the Saudi Pro League giants to the world football governing body after they had failed to pay his wages and bonuses during his time at the Club.

Sulley who was available on a free transfer after terminating his contract with AC Milan at the end of the previous season, joined the Saudi Arabian side in July 2015, on a two-year deal for €2.5million per season.

The deal saw him make more money than players that played in the league he left behind. He was to earn seven million Euros a year and as well play a leading role for the Jeddah-based side.

However reports in Saudi Arabia press have it that the club had not paid the player since joining the club and upon his resignation, they could not settle him.

Though the actual amount has not been made known to the media, it is said that Ittihad Jeddah owes Muntari lots of money.

Disturbed Muntari who has been on the case has made several attempts to claim his money to no avail. This caused the former AC and Inter Milan midfielder to turned in the direction of FIFA to seek redress and justice.

FIFA has now ordered Ittihad Jeddah to pay all their debts to the midfielder. The Saudi Arabian have only 14 working days to pay the said amount to the midfielder who is currently unattached.

Sulley Muntari who left Italian Club Pescara at the end of the 2016/17 season is currently without a club and is seeking to land a new club in the January transfer window.

The 33-year-old was in the news earlier this month following reports of his arrest and the confiscation of his high-end SUV vehicle by Italian Police, for not paying the monthly installments.

However, the former Pescara midfielder subsequently denied the reports.
