[Photos + Video] Fat2Fit Challenge V Begins

The fifth edition of 3FM’s Fat2Fit Challenge began at the Aviation Social Centre in Accra on Saturday.

Over 60 participants began the 60-day journey to lose weight the right way.

A winner will be selected on Saturday, April 21, when the challenge comes to an end.

Mrs Joana Quarshie emerged last season’s winner, having shed 17 kilograms off her weight.

The exercise began with a health screening, after which proper work began.

Founder of the Challenge Akoto Dergross says good results have been recorded over the past seasons since the introduction of the programme.

He charged Season V’s participants to stand up to the challenge.

“If we don’t see the results, it means we are wrong or you are wrong,” he told them.

There is still an opening for interested persons to join, Head of 3FM Francis Doku said.

Mr Doku expressed gratitude on behalf of the management of Media General to the newly-enrolled participants.
