Stonebwoy’s wife injured -Louisa Satekla wife of musician Stonebwoy was injured in a knife attack at Ashaiman, a suburb of Accra.
The incident occurred moments before the dancehall artist took to the stage to perform at his ‘Ashaiman to the World Concert’ on the night of Saturday, September 30, 2017.
The unknown assailants cut through the tent in which the BET Award winner and his wife had lodged prior to the show.

It appears he was the target of the knife attack, but the unknown assailants missed and ended up getting Stonebwoy’s wife injured. Louisa was immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment after the attack.
The musician, however, took to the stage after the attack, for the performance. Stonebwoy was joined on stage by his seeming rival, Shatta Wale, who fulfilled an earlier promise to join his fellow dancehall artiste on stage.
The concert also featured the likes of Kofi Kinaata, Yaa Pono, Kofi Slay, and Sariki. Stonebwoy later revealed the worrying information on his Facebook page on Sunday, October 1 indicating that his wife, Louisa, was injured in the attack at the Saka Saka Park.
“Knife cuts Tru My Tent Missed Me As Target And Cuts wifey on her backside! Minute Before I Hit Stage! But #IstillDeliveredForMyPeople and Rushed To The hospital right after I Got Off Stage… ” He posted on social media.
Ashaiman is one of the areas in the Greater Accra Region with a high crime rate.
Stonebwoy and his wife Louisa were recently in the news following rumors about the couple’s pregnancy. This was after photos of Lousia lying with a protruded belly circulated the media.
The artiste, however, debunked the rumors in an interview where he said that the photos were only photoshopped.
Stonebwoy and Louisa tied the knot on Friday, 16th June at the Unique Floral Centre in Accra. Prior to the wedding, the couple held their engagement ceremony at the Ansong’s family house in Tema.
