According to him, he enjoys to eat the eggs with hot pepper and without tomatoes.

Eggs are known to be a very good source of inexpensive, high quality protein, vitamin B2 and selenium. It is also believed to contain vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper which is good for the human body.

Research conducted by Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health in Boston USA shows that one egg yolk has 200 mg of cholesterol, making it one of the richest source of dietary cholesterol.

According to the research eggs also contain additional nutrients that may help lower the risk for heart disease.

However excessive eating of eggs has been proven to have some health implication to the consumer. Medical doctors have warned that too much eating of eggs may lead to Heart diseases, Diabetes and Cancer and have recommended that people should not eat more than three eggs a day.

Speaking on #MusikBox on Hitz FM, the host of ‘Fire for Fire’ on Adom TV and Asempa FM explained that he does not want to feel heavy when working so he prefers to eat eggs in order to make him feel lighter so that he can work swiftly.

“I feel that I will be heavy when presenting my show ‘Fire 4 Fire’ so I prefer to be a bit light. Even as we speak, I have fired some eggs already,” the vociferous presenter said.

He continued that eating hot pepper toughens his mentality and give him the drive to work hard.

“I eat fire. You know pepper is fire and I like everything hot,” he said.
