The beneficiary institutions were the SOS Children’s Village Ghana, the University of Ghana Needy Students Fund, the National Partnership for Children’s Trust and the Ridge Church School towards its 60th anniversary celebrations.

HFC Bank Ghana is a member of Republic Financial Holdings Limited (RFHL) of Trinidad and Tobago.

Managing Director of HFC Bank, Mr. Robert Le Hunte, said the donations fit into the Bank’s vision statement which has building successful communities as one of its key pillars.

“The Bank, therefore, ensures that as it works to deliver sustainable growth and shareholder value, it also contributes to the wider community by being a responsible corporate citizen, a Bank with a heart and an employer of choice,” he said.

He assured that the Bank is committed to promoting and engaging in activities that would benefit and enhance the socio-economic development of the community and the country as a whole.

Mr. Le Hunte was of the view that the Bank will continue to engage in a number of corporate social responsibility initiatives in its bid to positively touch the lives of the society within which the Bank operates.
