Popular gender advocate, journalist and ace broadcaster, Gifty Anti, now Obaa Hemaa for Adumasa, Awo Dansoa has given birth to a bouncing baby girl!
Gifty Anti who is currently the host of weekly television talk show ‘Stand Point’, has just become a mother for the first time. The heart-gladdening event according to Joy News report, took place this morning [Friday, 11th August, 2017], at an undisclosed hospital in Accra.
Although this is Gifty Anti’s first child, it becomes the fourth for her husband, Oyekechire Ansah Kwaw, the Chief of Adumasa Traditional Area in the Asuogyaman District of the Eastern region. Nana Ansah’s three children are all residing in the UK.
Gifty Anti got married to Nana Ansah Kwao IV, also an ace broadcaster on 15th October, 2015 in a royal wedding held at Aburi. The love of the two could not be hidden as the duo on their various social media platforms expressed the affection they have for each other.
After their wedding, Gifty Anti’s husband, who is currently the host of Joy News‘ PM Express and ‘That’s my Opinion’, said:
I’m very happy to have Gifty Anti as a wife. In fact, marrying her is a dream come true for me because I now have a wife after my own heart. My wife is a woman who believes in the best and I really love that about her and that even drew me closer to her more. To have a woman is a very good thing and even the Bible confirms it and I’m so happy to be the man for Awo Dansoa.

The news of Gifty Anti’s pregnancy broke some months ago, with many Ghanaians being skeptical about the possibility of the lady actually expecting a child at almost 47. The doubts were so high that some suggested that the ace broadcaster bares her baby bump as a proof to the world as most celebrities do nowadays.
But Madam Anti who is known to be a woman of great faith in God would never do that. She rather waited in silence to prove to the skeptics that her God is able!
