Comedian Derrick Kobina Bonney (DKB) finally has something to smile about after a stinging criticism by Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings last week.
The Former First Lady walked out during Bonney’s performance at the Easter Comedy Show and later called him “boring” during an interview.
DKB impressed Ghana’s Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Chief Iman Sheikh Osamanu Nuhu Sharubutu during his performance at the 2017 Ghana Muslim Achievers Awards.
The awards scheme was held at the National Theatre last week Friday. It was instituted to celebrate and honour Muslims who have contributed to the development of their communities and their hard work.
