Information reaching GhanaStar News indicates that a 30-year-old woman, the late Sister Adwoa’s corpse has been exhumed after 3 weeks of burial at Wassa Saaamang in Wasa Amenfi East of the Western Region by some unknown people.
According to our source, a week after Adwoa was buried, a lady in search of firewood at Wassa Saamang cemetery returned to inform the deceased’s family who turned deaf ears to the abominable incidents.
Some youth in the community led by the ‘Asafoankye’ went to the cemetery to dig a grave for the burial of another native of the community and upon seeing the body of Sister Adwoa corpse uncovered as lying on the ground a distance from her grave, they called the of her head family who confirmed that was his later daughter.
A family member disclosed to GhanaStar News that the posture of the deceased footprints on the ground suggested the bad people allegedly had sex with the body.
Meanwhile, chief and elders of the community have performed all the necessary rituals to clean the community and make way for the exhumed body to be reburied.
