DJ Khaled is known as the King of Snapchat. Within a short period of time, he’s moved from being a mere successful DJ and record producer to becoming a mogul.
From playing Wyclef Jean (Richie)’s henchman in the 2002 Jamaican- American movie ‘shottas’, to his ‘Make it rain’ days, the Hip-hop mogul has soared in recent times following his presence on social media.
He’s now an inspiration to the youth as he uses his Snapchat platform to motivate his followers. His new-found fame on social media has escalated his music career making him one of the most influential figures in hip-hop.
He’s more famous for his ‘keys’ on how to be successful and every Khaled follower is conversant with the expression, “We got the keys, keys, keys”.
“… Not just a music mogul, soon, I’m gonna be the biggest mogul ever”. He said this in a snapchat video he recorded in a bath tub.
