Comedy Queen Afia Schwarzenegger has added her voice to the recent visa fraud saga involving four Members of Parliament.
The radio personality questioned why a member of parliament should hold a diplomatic passport whilst most of them have their offices in the ‘village’.
“Dear God… before I comment on the shameful act of some of our MP’s, let me ask you why Ghanaian member of parliaments use diplomatic passport”
“God, our parliament is in Ghana, their offices are here (most of them in the villages), why the diplomatic passport???
“If the government is sending them to represent us anywhere; the state can apply for a visa for them??…
“But we live in a country where truth is termed as an insult so who dare advise parliament…who are you to advice people who made an appearance on CNN fighting over an apology?
“God please help us because, it is always an international embarrassment…I mean we all know the truth of the visa wahala so we should stop acting as if the MPs are innocent,” she posted.
