Performing At the ‘Adonko Aseda Bash’ Was Ordained By God – Anita Afriyie

Gospel Musician, Anita Afryie has fired some salvos at her colleague, Ernest Opoku for describing her as a ‘hypocrite’ because she performed at the “Adonko Aseda Bash” during the Easter festivities.

According to the ‘Adehye Mogya’ hitmaker, Ernest Opoku like other male gospel musicians live holier than thou lives in the public but in their private lives they stinck than pigs.

Anita Afriyie who was speaking on Accra-based Adom FM’s ‘Entertainment Hall’ indicated that Ernest Opoku like other gospel artistes mostly the ones based in Kumasi are promiscuous. She mentioned that they use their fame to sleep with a number of ladies and they claim to be working for God.

She indicated that with their double standards, they do not have the moral right to criticize where she decides to do the work of God.

On why she agreed to perform at the show, Anita mentioned that she went there to do the work of God. She indicated that several souls were won for Christ through her ministration on the night and that is what was expected of her.

It could be remembered that this website reported that Ernest Opoku had described Anita Afriyie as a hypocrite for performing at the popular ‘Adonko Aseda Bash’ show; a show that was meant to be a marketing platform for alcohol and alcoholism.

The ‘Adonko Aseda bash’ show left scores of minors boozed with several of them adopting the Kumasi sports stadium as their rooms because they could barely walk or see what was going on around them.
